How does a subscription order work?

We want to make it as simple as possible to eliminate plastic bottles, and we figured it’s way easier to not choose plastic when you have a more eco-friendly option on-hand instead. Our subscriptions are super simple. Just choose which Open Water product you’d like to receive every month (or every two months, or every 3rd week—you get the idea), hit “add to cart”, and head to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping and billing info.

What if I decide I need to increase or decrease my order, or even cancel my subscription later on?

You’re the boss! You can adjust or cancel your subscription at any point by logging into your Open Water account right here.

What if I want my order delivered more or less frequently than once per month? Or what if I go on vacation or need to take a break from receiving orders altogether?

We’re here for you. You can adjust your order cadence and even skip upcoming deliveries by logging into your Open Water account. Please note that delivery schedule changes have to be made before your next charge goes through—once a charge is processed, the order is off to the races in our system and will be shipped as soon as it’s packed up.
